My majority of workout consists of lifting the weight as weight lifting, as, lifting weight increase muscle and increase Resting Metabolic Rate, which enhances the ability of the body to burn fat more. I do include cardio only 20 min a day. I work out for 6 days a week, except Sunday.

I have done all the pathological investigation of Blood, like, Serum Testosterone, Vitamin D, Thyroid function test, Serum HGH, Blood sugar level, Insulin level, liver function level. All the above, written test are appeared to be normal, except vitamin D level. Which I have been taking tablets.

I work out for One and a Half hour.

10.40 AM- One Scoop of Whey Protein (Dymatize Hydrolysed), along with One Tab of ON Multivitamin, Fish Oil, Ginseng, Triflex Joint Support, (GNC brand).

11.30-(Breakfast) Usually I take complete Breakfast which consists of One bowl of Oats (Quaker) with skimmed milk (Nestle) with dry fruits and nuts along with 5 White Omelette.

Or: 5 eggs whites, One whole wheat toasted bread with one spoon of peanut butter and one natural Greek yogurt (Epigamia).

2.30: (Lunch): I usually take One bowl Cooked Brown rice, with Sautéed Veggies, with 150 gm to 200 gm raw paneer along with one natural Greek yogurt (Epigamia)

Or: One bowl of cooked Quinoa along with Sautéed Veggies, 150-gram Natural Tofu, along One Natural Greek yogurt (Epigamia).

Or: One bowl Cooked Quinoa with Sautéed Veggies along with Chicken breast/ Grilled fish.

I repeat this as alternate days.

5:00 PM (Snacks): One Cup Green Tea (Organic) and 4-Pcs Multigrain Biscuits (Britannia Brands).

8:00 PM: Five boiled Eggs White and 2 full Scrambled Eggs.

10 PM: One bowl of chicken Salad or Fish Salad.

If, any modification on Diet needed than, Please, do so. My goal is to increase muscle mass and reduce fat/weight.

The above mentioned are my complete Diet plan, which I have been following since XXXXXXX 2018. My utter XXXXXXX is, though, I have gained some muscle mass, my stamina been also increased, my fat percentage and weight been not reduced. As some expert suggest me to keep patience as we are focusing more weight training to build muscle, so, the weight reduction is apparently slower.

I am really got frustrated and disappointed, as, my sincere efforts failed to yield any results, which my weight is remaining constant. Please, help me out, What the necessary medication needed to be done, in order to get the weight reduced and increase in Muscle mass in terms of Size and volume.

Brief Answer:
Meet a sports trainer

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for using the Ask a Doctor service.

I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concern. However, I would insist you to refrain from using Anabolic Androgenic Steroid along with HGH, Peptide, or Insulin. First meet a sports trainer and work out a custom regimen for yourself.

Feel free to write back.
