Brief Answer:
Cluster headaches and sinusitis to consider.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to "Ask a Doctor " service.

I have read your query and here is my advice.

Burning sensation in forehead is a unique symptom that is mostly related to conditions such cluster headaches, but headaches caused by sinusitis also may be a possibility.

There is need for an evaluation by your Neurologist who can evaluate you clinically and can order necessary tests to get a correct diagnosis.

A CT scan or an MRI of the head may be necessary to get a more comprehensive understanding of your condition.

Treatment depends on the diagnosis.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.
Thanks.
