Hello and welcome back to Ask A doctor. I read your query and here is my advice.
No, you do not have a fever. Fever is usually >37.8C degrees(oral). Temperature ought to be taken:
-without having eaten cold/hot foods
- more than an hour after a meal
-not after exercise
-and having been inactive for thirty minutes

May I ask why you took your temperature.
Hope this answers your question. Do you have additional questions?

Hi!
Thank you for answering my question. I took it because i feel a little warmer then usual. I do suffer from anxiety and sometimes i tend to overthink stuff. I also had some diarrhea this afternoon, but that can be from what i eat today. I can't recall the last time i had a fever, so wasn't sure if the reading was showing that or not.

Thanks for returning, XXXXXXX

To help with your anxiety I suggest that you start an exercise plan for 30-45 minutes DAILY. You may begin walking, then walk faster, then riding a bike, basketball, swimming, etc.

Keep a good body weight for your age and weight. Get a full night's sleep daily. Drink plenty of water throughout the day.

Do not short-change yourself on your diet. Do not skip meals. Snack on fruit and vegetables.

Wish you good health.
