Question: Hi, I have this rash on the back of my penis. I've not been scratching it, but it's itchy and weeping liquid.

Seems like eczema on penis.

Hello dear and thank you for asking again.
I see the photos and the skin on your penis is irritated with flakes over it.
I think it is eczema or dermatitis.
It can be caused by irritable substances on soaps, detergents , clothing material, or were wipes, condoms.
Using unscented gentle soap to wash , drying well,use cotton underwear.
You can use hydrocortisone cream for 7 days.
