Question: Hi, I have black patches at the back. Previously it was single patch but now it has grown.

The patches seem eczematous to me. I would like to know if you have any associated symptoms?like itching?

Yes, I do have lot of itching on these patches.

Thank you.
I suggest you to use a moisturizer over the affected area. You must also use a potent topical steroid ointment e.g either clobetasol propionate ointment (Tenovate ointment) or halobetasol propionate ointment (Halovate ointment), twice daily over the patches. In addition i suggest you to take an oral antihistamine e.g Tab cetrizine 10mg once a day for symptomatic relief from itching. These are prescription medications.
