Question: Hi I have been diagnosed with schizophrenia and I am wanting a second opinion I don't hear voices but I have unwanted thoughts in my head I keep washing my hands and counting every time the distressing thought comes.

Any symptoms like people are talking about you or are laughing on you even though they don't know you personally?

Any symptoms like ideas that someone is spying on you or has installed cameras or microchips on you?

You have mentioned you don't have symptoms of hearing voices.
