Your symptoms seem to be related to pimples on the knee.

There are several causes of pimples on the knee such as sweat, tight clothing or lotions.

I recommend washing the knee with a gentle soap and dry the area.

I recommend using antihistamines daily such as Levocetrizine 10 mg daily.

I also recommend using hydrocortisone cream for local application.

I suggest you to avoid tight clothing.

If the symptoms continue you should see a dermatologist for further evaluation

I recommend using steroid lotion in case of itching.

In my opinion, it is not related to the pimple on the knee that you are experiencing now.
