Question: Hi , I am having pain in my left testicle which is now reduced after masturbating. I have noticed that vein near left testicle has swollen and giving pain after I touched. Could you help me medication?

Hi
Pain in the Testis can be due to two reasons commonly.One is Infection and the other is Torsion.
In infection,i.e., orchitis,blood supply is increased.In Torsion, blood supply to Testis is decreased.
Both these conditions can be differentiated by Colour Doppler of the Scrotum only.
Till Ultrasound, you can take Anti inflammatory tablet.You should also take Antibiotic like Cefuroxime 500mg.
Please consult your Urologist/Surgeon and proceed further.
