Question: Hi, I am having a severe neck pain since yesterday. unable to rotate or twist my head. May be because of wrong sleeping posture. Please Advise.

Neck pain after sleeping is likely due to awkward sleeping positions, use of incorrect sized pillows etc, and is sure to resolve in 2-3 days time.
I would suggest you to do the following:
- Apply heat fomentation twice daily over the affected area for 15-30 min.
- Take T. ZERODOL- P sos, for pain relief, as an when needed.
- Avoid using pillow for a few days from now.
