Question: Im XXXXXXX I have baby of 6 months.
My last menstrual period date was 12 march, 2021. In this month I didn't recieved it yet.
on 21 April, 2021 I checked with preganews kit, but it shows only one line.
As already more than 15 days since my date this month has been passed. what should I do??

This can also happen due to a hormonal disturbance. You can consult your gynecologist and get hormonal tablets like norethisterone prescribed after ruling out the pregnancy with an ultrasound scan to get your periods. Do use a contraceptive or multiload or Cu-T to avoid pregnancy.
