Hi Dr. I Have Upper Abdominal Pain And Have Been
Question: Hi Dr. I have upper abdominal pain and have been diagnose with gastritis and have been to the ER 3 times. Have Nausea, pain when I have a bowel movement and unexplained weight loss 7 lbs in the last week, no appetite. And one side of my upper abdomen is larger then my other side. Blood work is pretty much normal besides leukocytes being slightly elevated and platelets being slightly elevated. Have not had a ct scan or X-ray. Doctors also thought I might be constipated and gave me magnesium citrate which cause me to have watery bowel movement and cause my pain be more intense and constant and cause me to have pain lower abdominal pain which is constant and get worse when I eat. Please help.
