Question: Hi Doctor ,

hope you're doing well.

I just wanted to talk about some abnormal things which i am feeling often & not regularly.

1. I have got spasm on left foot from Knee to Left 2 fingers , It feels like numbness . sometimes whole left leg feels heavy.

2.I had a severe head pain episode few days back on the back side of head in middle so I had Painkiller & i was relieved after 2-3 hours.

3.Rarely Numbness in left leg & left hand.

4.Mild left side head pain (Kind of mile pulsating feeling )

notes :
1.I had Thorat infection for which i visited Doctor & he gave Antibiotics & the pain & swelling of Lymph nodes is gradually going.

2. I had did Annual health checkup & everything was normal .

3. I have a busy Office schedule, Meetings & presentations.

4.The 2 fingers which have feeling of spasm & moving when i get spasm the last finger on left side has joint fingers.
Is that happening due to i wear shoes while day. ?

Do you sit for prolonged hours?

Spasms in legs more often happen because of dehydration and vitamin deficiency. Please drink plenty of fluids daily. Please take healthy diet rich in calcium, vitamins and protein.
