Brief Answer:

Eye infection which is causing white discharge. At best change of eye drop.

Detailed Answer:

Hello!

It is associated with bacterial infection which is causing discharge. Clean there with clean water and clean eye lid with sterile swab other treatment is OK.

Exclude blepharitis sty and cala XXXXXXX. Can apply Neosporine ophthalmic ointment at bed time. If it is correct then there will be slow improvement.

Followup and monitoring of redness and discharge may be done by eye doctor. If there is sty then epilation is requeired, if required Ofloxacin can be used.

Refraction can be done if error detected it can be corrected. For Calazion incision and scooping of con taint is recommended.

It can be allergy and drug sensitivity. Can start taking tablet Levocetrizine in morning for one week. There can not be further problem for irritation and delay in resolution. there will be slow improvement.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Hi Doctor,
Sorry but,as a common man your reply is a bit difficult to understand for me.
I understood to take levocetrizine 5 mg in morning for one week, apart from that I am not very clear what I have to do.

Request you to please let me know once again what I have to do for this problem?
Thanks for your help.
