Brief Answer:
Possibility of urticaria is more likely.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

By your history and description, possibility of urticaria is more likely.
It is type of skin allergic disease.
In my opinion, you should get done skin prick test (SPT) to identify the causative allergen in you.
Best treatment for this is identification of allergen and if possible complete avoidance of it.
Alaspan is having loratidine. Loratidine is antihistamine drug. It is older drug.
Newer better antihistamine drugs are available like fexofenadine and levocetrizine.
Montelukast (anti allergic) along with fexofenadine (anti histamine) show great symptomatic relief in urticaria.
So better to start combination of montelukast and fexofenadine once a day at night before going to sleep.
Get done skin allergy testing and start avoiding things which are allergic to you.
Please let me know your blood reports and allergy test if already done.
I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
