Hi Doctor, I Got Skin Infection At My Neck ,

This seems to be Acanthosis Nigricans
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Acanthosis nigricans is usually seen in metabolic diseases like diabetes or obesity. Sometimes it is seen in some tumors. For how long do you have this condition?
My advice is as following:
- To manage the underlying condition if any. If you have diabetes, then treat that. You an also run some blood tests like complete blood count and fasting blood glucose levels to check it. Drink cleaner water with low PPM.
- The discoloration can be lessened by applying sulphur 8% lotion. Apply it on the affected skin only before sleeping and wash it off in the morning. This lotion is made specially by some pharmacists who are associated with skin doctors.
Hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.

This is not an infection
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
This is not an infection and it will not spread. I will suggest that you get laboratory testing done for fasting blood sugar, complete blood count. Also do an ultrasound of whole abdomen just to be on safe side to find any lumps.
To confirm diagnosis you can visit a dermatologist at any convenient time. Also let me know if you have been taking any medicines or any other symptoms. Drink cleaner water.
