Brief Answer:
Stone has likely descended down close to bladder

Detailed Answer:
Hello Thanks for queery .

Based on the facts that you have posted you have been detected to have a stone of a size of 4-5 mm in your kidney and the pain which was earlier located at lower back and stomach area has migrated to a mild pain in penis.

This suggest that the stone has passed down from kidney through ureter and likely to be very close to enter the bladder .

Ensure to drink more water to produce more urine .This will help to pass it out through penis at ease.

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.

Thanks doctor for your response .
Actually 2 stones are there at right side ( 1 stone - 4MM , 2nd stone - 5.7 mm size ) .after using medication for 1 week pain gone away last month.

After 1 month now pain on my penis and burning sensation so had to visit bathroom for 20 times for urine but Only little urine was coming as output and again backpain And side pain started after my initial post .

I drank so much of water yesterday so not much pain today . Please let me know your suggestion

Brief Answer:
Wait and watch is the only option.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up
The stone is mostly in the intramural par of the bladder wall and will pass in to bladder at any moment. Wait and watch it to pass out is the only option .
Ensure to drink more water.
If pain is severe take pain killer. Thanks and Regards
