Question: Hi Doctor, I am XXXXXXX w/o Sumesh.
My last menstrual date is 16-June-2022.
I have checked the pregnancy test and found positive, but having abdominal pain occasionally. Kindly advice and suggest me the food habits to take at this time.

Congratulations
Hope you have done an ultrasound scan to confirm intrauterine pregnancy.
If not get it done at the earliest.
Also make sure that no spotting or blood in vagina.
Avoid medications unless prescribed by a qualified Doctor.
Also Avoid junk foods ,oily and bakery items.
Folic acid tablets has to be continued.
Fruits can be used after thorough cleaning.
