Brief Answer:
you should be investigated and examined in details at first...

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

To begin with, at first, your present body Weight and height need to be assessed...If it's fine as per your age group, then no need to worry...

Next, you should also initiate some dietary modification on daily basis. Try to avoid junk/fast foods completely, no excessive deep-fried foods strictly...

-Avoid processed and packaged foods, always try to eat fresh, organic foods, have fresh fruits instead of any packaged fruit juices...Include a lot of fresh green leafy vegetables in the daily diet...have a bowl of salad every day...try to include foods which help to decrease Cholesterol and increase the HDL level (the good one) in the body, like olive oil, beans, and legumes, whole grains, fortified milk, almonds, pistachios, hard-boiled eggs, spinach, orange juice, etc...

Do not indulge in any form of smoking/alcohol completely (if at all do)...drink plenty of water throughout the day(around 2.5ltr per day)...

Please note, diet can only consist a part of the plan, physical activities and regular work-outs at a Gym under the supervision of a professional trainer is equally important. So, start working out and increase physical activities (for the beginning 30-45 minute of daily jogging in the morning or evening followed by free-hand exercises etc.)...

It's good that the Thyroid profile is under control, do recheck it from time to time to decide on the further dose modifications of the thyroxin supplements.

You should also meet an Internal Medicine specialist for a thorough clinical check-up. Get a comprehensive health check-up done for a basic analysis of the body's metabolic profiles to determine whether there's any requirement for taking any additional nutritional supplements besides this.

Regarding future pregnancy, a routine Gynecological check-up in-person, as well as some specific investigations (not just Thyroid but some other hormonal profiles, Ultrasound abdomen and a few others based on the clinical findings), is necessary to determine the future course of action.

Let me know if there're any further doubts/queries...

Take Care
Kind Regards
