Brief Answer:
gastritis

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your query.

If the pain is dull and in the breast tissue, you might have to examine the breast in detail with the palm of your hand to ascertain there is no painful lump or abscess in the breast. Please follow the instructions in the below link for a detailed description of how to check the breast.

If you notice any sort of lump in the breast, you may have to get the Mammography to confirm the findings and rule out cancers or any sort of growths.

If the pain is sharp, burning and deep inside the chest it could be due to gastritis. Taking antacids like pepto will surely help to get rid of the pain .

Hope, I answered your query.

Wish you good health.

regards,
