Hey I've Been Having This Problem With Pain In The
Question: Hey i've been having this problem with pain in the left mid side of stomach since december of 2019. It started as a painful sharp pain in the area.Since then i went to the ER couple times and finally last week i went to a doctor(Finally got insurance). He got some test done including a CBC(Only had the bilirubin high at 1.42) he also did and hematology test and it said that there was a presence and intensity of a inflamatory process(The value number is at 2.0
He also had me tested for prostate cancer and the value number was at .35(he said it was goodand nothjng bad).And finally an urine test and thats a lil bit more complicated to explain since he "went" over it and said it was fine..(i dont understand much about the values and stuff.
He also had me do a xray of my stomach and he said that i have to much poop on my stomach
He finally gave me surfac or zurfac because he said im "constipated" and that the pills would help me do number 2 with a higher volume...
**The big thing and the why im at this service is that i never felt constipated during this months nor now and i've been going to bathroom 2 or 3 times a day without problems during this time.(So basically he says im constipated but i've never felt that way) and the pill he prescribed me feels like its not doing anything.

I don't think that this problem is just related to constipation because you say you never felt constipated and you don't see any difference now.
It would be better if you upload a photo of the tests done and a photo of the pill you are taking because I don't know any zurfac or surfac pill you mentioned.
You mentioned the elevated bilirubin and inflammation and this two match for cholecystitis.
I would have recommended you to do an ultrasound and also biochemical blood balance .
Also other possibilities are stomach ulcera or pancreatitis.
