Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for the query,

Physio therapy, muscle relaxant medications, pain medication, antiinflammation medications, local hydrocortisone injections (epidural injections) are the various options for Disc herniation from which you can choose.

For Sjogrens dry mouth Saliva substitutes,Saliva stimulants and
For Sjogrens dry eyeArtificial tears,Methylcellulose inserts,Immunomodulatory drugs,
Autologous serum drops are helpful.

Infra red therapy is thought to increase circulation to target areas and relieve aches, pains and stiffness in muscles and joints,so you can certainly use it if you are not considering surgery as an option.

In all you have to have healthy life style with adequate balanced diet &exercise like yoga.

Hope I have answered your query, I will be available to answer your follow up queries.
Wish you Good Health.
