Question: Hello doctor,

My son is 18 months old now, he has just developed 4 teeth in the front upper side and 4 teeth in the front bottom side. He has still not developed canine and molar teeth. Is this something which we have to worry about and get it checked?

Brief Answer:
Canines can erupt between 16 to 22 months, wait for 6 months.

Detailed Answer:

The canine teeth erupt any time between 16 to 22 months, so there is absolutely nothing to worry about.

Just wait and watch.

Best wishes
