Question: Hello,
My name is XXXXXXX I hope you can give honest advice. I think I have Chronic kidney disease since last 7-8 years. My main concern is that my penis is becoming numb every day and penis head is getting discolored. It's like my penis is paralysed. I don't have any sensation in my penis. Can you please let me what is wrong with me. I did go to the doctors but they did my blood work and said my kidneys are functioning normal. But I know something is seriously wrong with my penis and my I suspect my kidneys. Please help

I have seen the attached picture.
Renal disease and penis has got no relation and chronic kidney disease ( CKD) does not cause penile numbness. If the RFT( renal function test) is normal, you are fine and there is no CKD.
The given picture seems fine, there is only a mild redness which might be due to local inflammation. You can apply low potency steroids like betamethasone after cleaning with soap and water. Keep in mind that prolonged sitting and riding bikes can causes numb penis which will settle by itself.
Excessive anxiety can also mimic these symptoms.
If symptoms persist you can consult a neurologist to rule out conditions like nerve weakness and neuropathy even though it is unlikely. Rare causes like peyronnie disease can also cause penile numbness but it is almost not there in your case.
As of now avoid unwanted stress and anxiety. Relaxation techniques like yoga and meditation can provide some relief.
