Brief Answer:
need important details

Detailed Answer:
Dear,
Thanks for contacting with your health concern...

After reviewing your health query, I’m of the following opinion:

1. At your age (67), let me know about any of the following possibilities of oral thrush: (unless proved otherwise)

- any ill-fitting dentures?
- any immunocompromised state.
PS. people on antibiotics, having high blood sugar, with STD’s are more prone to oral thrush.
- any digestive problem?

2. Do revert back with your questionnaire, till then you can start with “Gandush” or ‘Oil pulling’ (with coconut oil) as a preventive measure.

What does it mean to do "oil-pulling mouthwash" (empty stomach)? Am I swishing sesame oil in my mouth then swallow?

Detailed Answer:
Dear,
Thanks for reverting back.

1. The method is simple: you don’t have to gargle just keep the oil-water in the mouth ( 3-5 minutes) and then rinse.

2. As post meal person might getting feeling of nausea/vomiting, thus is preferable done in the morning (empty stomach), and also because oil pulling done after meals will contain toxins/bacteria which can be harmful (if oil is swallowed) thus empty stomach is preferred.
