Brief Answer:
Do a total blood count with formula , HIV test and TBC

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

The symptoms you are experiencing such night sweating, enlarged lymph nodes, hair loss and weight loss are caused by different conditions such, hypothyroidism, non hodgkin lymphoma, HIV /Aids etc.

I think you should do a total blood count with formula, test thyroid function doing T3, T4 and TSH, HIV 1,2, Tbc.
I think you may also visit your neurologist to consult about your condition and taking topamax, can cause some of these symptoms.
You can do the tests and I can interpret them for you.
Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Hello dear and thank you for asking again.
The symptoms you are experiencing seem like Hypothyroidism, probably you may need a larger dosage of levothyroxine.
You are welcome.
Wishing you good health.
Best regards.

Thank you for your feedback, I will have those tests completed asap. I do have hypothyroidism being managed by Levo but the T3,4 and tsh are within normal range as of a month or so ago. I am on Topamax for depression only supplemented with low dose Lexapro. I have had the symptoms before starting Topamax. Thank you so much for your help!
