Brief Answer:
Consult qualified Urologist and get investigated

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query.
Based on the facts that you posted frequent episodes of UTI over a period of last 11 years and recent hematuria needs to be investigated.

Consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination and get following basic tests done to establish the cause for your symptoms
1) Routine blood tests
2) Renal function tests
3)Ultrasound Scanning of abdomen and pelvis
4)Plain ad Contrast CT Scan of urinary organs

Passing blood in urine at this age could be mostly due to stones in kidney and most unlikely to be due to cancer .

Further treatment will depend upon the results of these tests and final diagnosis.

Thanks with Regards Do write after you get these tests done and reports

My gynaecologist ruled out any problem related to reproductive system and I have regular pap smear also
Which also shows pus cells but no abnormal growth
Does thickening of urinary bladder is because of frequent infection?

Please check my report of routine urine test
What does mean epithelial cells +++
doctor
Answered by Dr. P. T. Patil (4 hours later)
Brief Answer:
Epithelial cells detected on icroscopic exaination is not significant

Detailed Answer:
hello
Thanks for follow up and uploading your urine report .

Presence of +++ epithelial cells is a normal finding and suggests shedding off of the epithelial lining of bladder mucosa which is a normal process whenever there is infection .

Do not give too much importance to it .

Thanks and Regards.

He asked for one more urine test and put me again into antibiotics
Zoxtil-LZ
And xova 200
Should I change my doctor?

Answered by Dr. P. T. Patil (4 hours later)
Brief Answer:
I wold suggest to consult another Urologist

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up .
It is very difficult for any urologist to be sure of nothing based only on external examination without investigations especially when patient has pain and hematuria .

I would suggest to get the investigations suggested done and take second opinion of one more Urologist .

Thanks and Regards
