Question: Hello , I’m 38 years old . I’m perfectly healthy & active sportsman . Recently I’m facing problem falling asleep. I go to bed around 12 am but can’t fall asleep before 5am in the morning .

I don’t have any other issue . No stress or I don’t use any medicine or supplements. Please advise me any sleeping pill that is not habit forming & don’t have any sex related side effect also .

I want to correct my sleep cycle. Thanks

Hello , I took alprazolam 0.25 mg & it took almost 30 to 45 minutes to work & I had a nice deep sleep for 7 hrs then I woke up . But i feel my head little Heavy throughout the day & i have been feeling sleepy too . Do I need to take half dose of it ?
