Question: Hello,
For past few days I noticed a little irritation on the outside corner of my eye but not until today was it bothering me enough to really take a closer look. I noticed a small clear filled what looks like a pimple or cyst with two eyelashes inside of it. Suggestions?

Brief Answer:
Appears to be a case of ingrown eyelash

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

This happens when the eyelash grows inward instead of outward causing irritation in the eye and/or watery eyes. For immediate relief, you can apply warm compress on the area affected.

Please also see an Ophthalmologist get the eyelashes removed. The doctor will be able to remove the eyelash using forceps or pincers.

Also, to avoid any further infection, the doctor may advise Neosporin Ointment or Soframycin eye drops for the time being.

Hope this is helpful. Feel free to ask further.
Regards
