Brief Answer:
Hello dear. Drink plenty of fluids

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. Welcome to ask a doctor. I understand your concern. So as you are taking tadalafil, it may lead to some dryness of mouth. I will advise you to consult your doctor prior taking tadalafil.
Drink plenty of fluids. You can apply tear plus eye drops if you feel persistent dryness in eyes. If it does-not resolve, then a work up for autoimmune disorders like sjogren syndrome may be required. Mild numbness can be felt in early waking hours which is perfectly normal due to low adrenergic surge of body.
Thanks and regards
