Suggest Medication For Weight Loss Caused Due To PCOD While Suffering From Back Pain And Costochondritis

Question: Hello Doctor,

I have attached reports for your reference.
Currently, I am suffering from Back pain and Costochondritis. I am taking Physiotherapy treatment. Since one year I am putting on weight as I have PCOD.
Spine Specialist suggested me to reduce weight. I am maintaining the diet, following physical exercise for 40mins to 60 minute.

I am more concern about my weight gain as it is leading to other health issues.
My current weight is 75KG, Height 155CM..it is on Obese now. Can you please suggest me some medication for weight loss. I heard from my friends that Homeopathy helps in PCOD and Weight loss treatment.

You can find all above medicine in any homeopathic medicine store.
2. For how long do I need to use these medicines?
Initially you have to take the medicine for a month and then we will review and then update next course of medicine
3. Are there any do's and don'ts to eat?
Take medicine after 30 minute of food
