Heartburn is a symptom of gastroesophageal reflux disease. The symptoms worsen when you are stressed.
The bitter taste again is one of the symptoms of reflux disease.
You can take prilosec for relief.
I would also advice you to do meditation for stress relief.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
