Brief Answer: Probably you have tension or sinus headache. Detailed Answer: Hello Thanks for writing to XXXXXXX Most probably you are suffering from tension headache.Though you didn't mentioned about any problems in life,it should be ruled out. But other causes like migraine, headache due to sinusitis, refractive error, hypertension etc should also be excluded. You need proper clinical examination and investigations. You should consult neurologist. Right sided sinus thickening is due to chronic sinusitis and it may be one of the factor. You also need evaluation by ENT specialist. If it is unresponsive to antibiotics then surgical options can be considered depending upon severity. You didn't mentioned which brain vessels are involved in narrowing/blockage.If possible, please upload report of MRI. Proper treatment can be done after clinical examination and investigation reports. You should continue other medicines which you are taking. Get well soon. Hope i have answered your query. Further queries are most welcome. Take Care Dr.Indu XXXXXXX
