Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have problem of erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation with anxiety neurosis.

You have stated that the length of your penis in flaccid state is 1.5inches and on erection 2.5 inches.
I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me to make comments on your problem.
1) Have you measured the length of penis in standing position by standing in front of mirror ?
2) Do you get morning erection ?
3) Do you get hard erection and able to penetrate vagina of your partner during intercourse?
4) Do you have other major illness like Diabetes,Hypertension ?
5) Can you post me name of the medicines that you have tried so far ?
6) Have you ever consulted any urologist for evaluation of your problem?
7)Have you done blood tests to determine hormonal study like Serum Testosterone,LH ,and Prolactin etc.
7) Are you taking any medications for other illness?

Erectile dysfunction needs detail evaluation before deciding the nature of treatment .and following investigations are mandatory to find out the cause of ED.
1) Detail clinical examination by a qualified Urologist
2) Blood Sugar estimation to rule out Diabetes.
3) Thyroid Function tests(Normal).
4) Penile Doppler Ultrasound scan to study the arterial flow to the penis , venous occlusion and venous leak .( This is very important test to rule out any vascular cause for ED.)

Truly speaking there are no medicines that can increase the length of penis .As such length of the penis in flaccid state has no significance as for as sexual satisfaction is concerned.It is the hardness of the penis on erection that is more important for sexual satisfaction of both the partners.

Thanks for feedback.
Considering other important causative factors being normal You have to get this test done to rule out your problem of ED being vascular in origin.

Erection is very complex process where blood flow to penis is increased on sexual arousal and stimulation to more than ten folds,This blood is trapped in spongy erectile tissue by occlusion of veins in penis and this trapped blood (upto120ml) results in to erection and hardness of penis..

In this test both arterial blood flow as well as venous occlusion is measured to asses whether arterial blood flow to penis is adequate or not or whether there is leakage of venous blood giving rise to inadequate blood being trapped in corpora cavernosa.So person does not get hard erection,enough to have enjoyable sex.

Please consult qualified Urologist and get this test done to rule out your problem of ED being vascular in origin.

Once this is ruled out one can think of taking medications like Sildenafil (Viagra)
