Brief Answer:
A gastroenterologist

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

A gastroenterologist deals with condition related to the gastrointestinal tract including the liver.
If the problem is surgical for example stones in the gall bladder, bacterial infection of the bowel then the gastroenterologist would refer you to a surgeon.

If you do not know any gastroenterologists then your general practitioner can refer you to one or if the pain is very severe she can go to ER. The ER physicians may also refer her to a gastroenterologist.

Right upper quadrant pain can be related to the liver, gallbladder or intestines in that area.

Issues with the liver or gallbladder can result in elevated liver function tests.
