Dear XXXXXXX
Thanks for contacting Ayurveda with your health query and before moving forward do let me know about following concerns:
1.     As in your medical history it is written: “Allergic to dust’ thus do let me know about your occupation i.e. whether exposed to extreme of temperatures or pollutants?
2.     As these so called pimples are around eyelids/forehead, make sure you have checked your thyroid/kidney/hormonal profile?
3.     Any deficiency noted by your Physician (if visited earlier), or any lack of sleep?
4.     Earlier bad body odor was a concern, could be possible clogged pores have resulted in so called pimples at this age.
5.     As they do not mature or form pus could be possible “milia”, were you evaluated by dermatologist for the same and any habit of eating slimy/oily/fatty food?
6.     Please revert back with your concerns for better preventive and curative aspect.

1. As in your medical history it is written: “Allergic to dust’ thus do let me know about your occupation i.e. whether exposed to extreme of temperatures or pollutants?
Ans:-No normally I am in office , sometimes I have to go to factories for audits but the temperature veriation is not too much.
2. As these so called pimples are around eyelids/forehead, make sure you have checked your thyroid/kidney/hormonal profile?
Ans:2 weeks back I visited a dermatologist he is an MD. He said this are normal acne sort of pimples and prescribesd me a an ointment T-bect to apply over them. The pimples are not around eye lid- they are in the area between eye and ear.
3. Any deficiency noted by your Physician (if visited earlier), or any lack of sleep?
Ans:-Yes normally I have observed, when I go on business travels and have long working days and late night dinners and when i get very less sleep then immediately these pimples appear and then after almost they subside and leave badk black sposts. This phenomenon has started in recent times only,I am in this profession since last 10 years now.

4. Earlier bad body odor was a concern, could be possible clogged pores have resulted in so called pimples at this age.
5. As they do not mature or form pus could be possible “milia”, were you evaluated by dermatologist for the same and any habit of eating slimy/oily/fatty food?
Ans: Normally my food is balanced chapati and curry, I do not prefer oily fatty foods. very seldom i eat junk food.
If you remember I had earlier written you for some gases problem, because of no fix time food while business travles.Does this corelates something.

Dear XXXXXXX

Going by the details you have furnished, the following are the preventive and treatment aspect:
1. As you know skin is an organ of elimination (of wastes, toxins) from inside the body and too many toxins inside the body can result in build up of acne and clogged pores.
2. As you said that there is sleep deprivation/ irregular sleeping habits while on business travel-long working days-late night dinners: this can elevate your stress levels and can lead to acne break out, and as seen by MD could be simple comedones (black heads)
3. Avoid eating fatty, sugar and starch XXXXXXX food.
4. Avoid constipation
5. Maintain your hydration status (5-10 glasses of water /day) which will help remove toxin from skin and urine.
6. Take garlic, eggs, brown rice along with vitamin E,Zinc (almonds) and vitamin C (amla) and opt for monounsaturated fats.
7. Instead of using deodorant use baby powder or talc powder and apply it in areas such as armpits and neck.
8. Mix 3 tablespoon of honey with 1 tea spoon of cinnamon powder and prepare a paste. Apply it on the area (between eye & ear) and wash after 1 hour with XXXXXXX warm water.
9. Alternatively you can prepare paste by mixing ‘lodhra’ ‘vacha’ and dhanyak’ powder in equal quantities with milk as base for paste.
10. Consult with an Ayurveda specialist there regarding use of “Hareetaki”.

Yes I do remember about the Consultation given on Fri, 3 May 2013, gas trouble hardly leads to pimples, just take coconut water/banana as they are natural antacids.
