Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

In view of the recent surgery, the best option will be to see the cardiologist / surgeon - to exclude any new problems from the heart or from surgery.

If there is nothing, he may benefit from pro-kinetics like domperidone (or metoclopramide) / anti-flatulent like simethicone and/or digestive enzymes.
