Hello and thanks for posting the query
Your pain looks like a Renal colic or Urinary Track Infection. You have to be investigated for that in detail.
1. Renal Colic/Stone: Do your sonography of lower abdomen. This will tell us a clear picture of your urinary track.
2. Urinary Track Infection: Urine routine examination and culture examination must be done to rule out any infection in urine. Associated symptoms like fever, burning maturation and body aches may be present.
Some precautions that help you in reducing your pain are:
1. Drink plenty of water, juice and soups as per your taste.
2. You may use anti-spasmodic/ analgesic in worse pain.

If any of the above tests are done. I would be interested to know the results.
If not, please consult your physician before going through the investigations. He may advise you the exact investigation by clinical examination, and is cost effective.
Hope this will help you. Write back if you have any further query.
