Hi XXXXXX,
Welcome to XXXXXXX forum.

Let me know the associated symptoms along with mentioned.
Do you have fever/cough with sputum production/ respiratory difficulty?
Do you have any past history of injury at affected site?

With the available described symptoms, there appears to be possibility of underlying pneumonia with pleuritis or muscular ache at affected site.
Presence of pain with exacerbation with respiration suggests the diagnosis.

You should consult with XXXXXXX medicine specialist/ chest physician and should go for thorough check up.
You should also go for complete blood count, erythrocyte sedimentation rate and chest x XXXXXXX
Possibility of pneumonia and associated pleuritis could be ruled out by chest x XXXXXXX

Meanwhile, you should take analgesics along with muscle relaxants.
Use of antibiotics depends on presence or absence of underlying pneumonia.

Hope that helps.
Let me know your other queries.
Take care,
