Having pain in abdomen and testicles. Cause and treatment?

For the last few days, I've been having a pain in my lower abdomen and testicles, both on the right side. I've had such pain earlier as well when there was pressure applied to these areas, and the pain persists for such time. Please advise.

So, you need to get examined, get urine analysis, get a radiograph and scan of your urinary tract and decide the further course of treatment.
