Question: Having pain across top of chest, in both neck veins, underside of both arms. Pain is associated with walking or lifting. Went to small town emergency room 2 weeks ago. EKG, Blood Pressure ok. Going to the V.A. hospital next Thurs. morning in XXXXXXX Mo. I'm in Trinidad, Co. right now. Father had Angina.

Your symptoms could be suggestive of angina (coronary artery disease).

For this reason, if the pain persists, I would recommend going to the ER for a physical exam, a resting ECG and cardiac enzymes.

A coronary angio CT scan may be needed to investigate for coronary artery disease.

In the meantime, I recommend you to closely monitor your blood pressure values and heart rate.
