Brief Answer:
Get an oral glucose tolerance test done or HbA1c test

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

sir your PPBS is slightly higher than normal. for accurate diagnosis of diabetes, please get Oral glucose tolerance test or Hba1c test and get back with results.
Avoid eating sugar and sweets. start exercising daily for 30-40minutes. For the ear infection, try Candibiotic Ear Drops daily 3 times for 5 days.

If the test levels suggest diabetes, we shall start antidiabetic drugs. But for now, follow the above suggestions and get back with results soon.

Thank you.

Thank you very much Sir.

During Dec 2017 i had done the test for HbA1C and it was 7.5 % that time.
And the Prior one was on 28th May 2018 : result was 7.2 %

And Reference Range as per the report is <5.7 % of total Hgb

Is this test still valid or want me to redo the test now ?

For the ear infection I had almost 20 tablets of Antax 200, and 2 tablets of Zocon-150 in past weeks. also applied one ear drop and ointment which ENT doctor prescribed.
