Having frequent urinal infection. Want to stop regular intake of antibiotics. What should I do to get relief?

hi, I am having a urinal infection every 4-6 weeks, what can I do to stop the regular use of antibiotics, this has been happening for over a year.

Recurrent urinary infections are due to inadequate fluid intake, altered PH of urine and / or lack of hygiene - Apart from this a cross infection from the partner
Take adequate fluids daily
Get a urine report done if the PH is acidic take an alkaline mixture
Maintain hygiene
If your partner is infected get him treated
