Question: I am having extreme pain in my right arm for the last two days. I am 6 months pregnant. Please advise

An extreme pain in only one arm during pregnancy is likely to be related to a muscle sprain or a nerve compression at the brachial plexus due to local tissue oedema. Such symptoms are common during pregnancy.
You can take a mild pain killer like acetaminophen for symptomatic relief. Taking regular calcium and vitamin B complex supplements along with methylcobalamin supplements will be helpful after consulting your gynecologist.
In the meanwhile avoid lifting the arm above the shoulder level.
