You are a 40 yrs male without any risk factor like hypertension and diabetes .
Your symptoms of giddiness whether it is related to any activity or it occurring at rest in bed also.
Giddiness or vertigo can occur in so meny conditions like from simple ear problems to severe brain problems.
So if you're symptom associated with specific position or movement of the head and with ringingin the ears . You XXXXXXX an ENT specialist.
If it associated with swaying and difficulty in walking and other neurological problem XXXXXXX a neurologist.
So first you need to XXXXXXX a physician and evaluate further.
