Brief Answer:
Air conditioners dehydrate skin.

Detailed Answer:
HI,
Thanks for writing to us.
Air conditioners remove the moisture content of air leading to dry room conditions and this can XXXXXXX moisture off your skin causing or exacerbating dry dull skin.

To help with the same
Use an emollient preferable urea lactic acid based twice in a day
Use a moisturising soap to bathe
Take vitamin C supplements
Apply hydroquinone 2 percent cream in night over dark areas.

If your face is oily use a salicylic acid based face wash
use a good water based sunscreen in morning
Use vitamin c based serum in night.
These steps would brighten your skin and complexion.

Also if possible please attach images of affected area as this would help in ascertaining your skin concern in a better way.

Hoping to hear from you soon.
Take care

Brief Answer:
Below mentioned are the names

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing back.
Moisturiser- cetaphil restoraderm( ceramide based, available everywhere), moisturex, cotaryl, ureativ( urea, lactic acid based, available in India). Basically an intensive moisturiser available over the counter or at supermarkets too contain urea or lactic acid etc. So you can use any good brand but make it a point to use it immediately after bath and prior to sleeping.
Soap- cetaphil
Vitamin C supplements are also available OTC. In India available as celin or limcee.
Hydroquinone 2% is available as OTC at most of the places. Higher concentration needs prescription. The brands available in your area can be known by using google services

Face wash- neutrogena salicylic acid 2%, available everywhere
Sunscreen- any medicated one would do but should have SPF atleast 26 or 30 giving both UVA and UVB protection. All these information are mentioned on the sunscreen pack itself.
Vitamin C serum is usually available over the counter. Body shop, clinique, la roche posay are some cosmetic brands offering it.

Hope that helped. I do not know where you reside, so its difficult to let you know about brands available in market. As I am based in India, so definitely I can offer advise about brands available in my area.

Should there be any other query, please write back.

Regards
