Question: Hi, i have a pulling pain on the side of my right leg from the knee downto the ankle. I've never had it before and its started suddenly yesterday. It's almost constant and I'm not sure what triggers it.

I also'd like to mention that I'm not a meat/poultry and rarely dairy (goat cheese) eater. I eat fish 1-2 a week.

That's not a big problem if you are not eating meat or eggs. But I advice you to take milk and calcium diet that is better for you. Start with the prescribed medicine you will feel the changes and get relief.

I've heart the opposite in regards to the milk and calcium supplements in adults. Plus, I'm a lactose intolerant. The fermented dairy products are easier for me to digest. Can you elaborate on the "milk and calcium diet" please, did you mean the homeopathic remedy you've suggested before or something else. thank you

Calcium diet in adults does have certain ill effects. But at this age you require calcium of 1000 mg/day.

If you problem with milk products you can try certain other products like -Almonds, pistachio, spinach, beans, figs ,Orange juice, etc. Other than these, the medicine prescribed before will relieve your problem very soon once you start it.

Thanks for asking.

Its good that pain has been disappear but make it sure that it would not come again in future.Some time it aggravates with higher intensity.

If you haven't any ailments then you can continue with Calcarea Phos 3x But if have any ailments related to your present complain then calcarea phos alone would not help you to give relief.

So continue with Calcarea Phos as long as you are not feeling any problem.
