Thanks for the query

I need to know a little more regarding your condition in order to come to a better conclusion

1. Are you having painful breathing?
2. Are you having palpitations of the heart as well?
3. Do you feel a constant need to breathe excessively to feel less breathless?
4. Do you have asthma?
5. Please mention all the medications you are taking (if any)
6. Do you have fever? Blocked nose? Cough? Wheeze?

Please get back to me, I am awaiting your reply

Thanks for replying in detail

It looks like you are suffering from acute bronchitis due to the change in environment and weather. You need to be on some antihistamine like levocetrizine and a bronchodilator like aminophylline. Please approach a pulmonologist soon without delay.

For now
1. avoid exposure to dust
2. Avoid cold food and beverages
3. Avoid sleeping with windows open

I hope I have answered your query, if you have any further ones please let me know I will be happy to get back

I wish you a speedy recovery
