I am having back pain in my right kidney area and some pain in my front lower right, I feel somewhat constipated but am going to the bathroom, so i guess I am feeling pressure in that area. Also I am having some pain in my right upper leg.

Brief Answer:
Possibility of kidney stones or appendicitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi, Thanks for posting query.
From your history, there might be two possibilities of having this problem.
As there is history of kidney stones in the past, there is likelihood of having recurrence of stones in kidney.
It is not clear from history that you have any pain during urination or passing of blood in urine.
If this complain is present, then infection or stones are more likely.
Please get a urine routine test and ultra sound done to rule out kidney stones.
Another possibility of appendicitis is there, as you got pain in right lower abdomen and radiating in right upper leg.
Consult a skilled surgeon and get examined for the same.
Meanwhile take antispasmodic tablet like Dicyclomine as and when required.
Take plenty of water.
I hope, I answered your query.
If you have further query or clarification, please write back.
take care.
