Having Allergies. Taking Boric But Is Not Of Much Help. What Diet Do You Recommend?

Question: Lots of allergies. Outside. All foods it seems hay fever asthma,ins, ,intercultural cystitis,very flexible s and strong legs,no upper fourteenth,ne.. Neuropathy,no diabetes, abstention. 1800day,as several other meds,feeling hoplless. I didn't know all those foods can be/ triggers what kind of diet do you recommend. I get
Boric but not much help. Thanks. XXXXXXX

Based on the information you are looking to have diet with very low chances to be allergenic.

Here is the list of food that is low allergenic.

Food groups Food

Meat,fish,legumes ------ Chicken XXXXXXX legues dried peas, lentiles. fishes like
eggs salmon,sardines, trout,cod, halibut

dairy products ------ milk substitute , almonds, oat milks , rice milk

starch ------- rice, millet, buckwheat, amaranth ( all are gluten free)

breads and cereals ------ bread made from rice, millet, potato flour, buck wheat.

vegetables -------- all fresh vegetables are fine.

fruits ------ unsweetened , fresh fruits like XXXXXXX pears

soup ------ clear vegetable base soups are good.

drinks ------ freshly made unsweetened drink fruit/ vegetable juice
herbal teas, non citrus fruit drink.

Oils and fats ------ cold pressed oils, flaxseed, olive, sesame , sunflower oil
,

Above mentioned are diet variables you may mix and match as they are least likely to cause allergy.
