Brief Answer: Need a little help from you first sir Detailed Answer: Hello sir and welcome. Thank you for writing to us. Sir, if you do not mind, could you answer a few questions in order to help me with a more accurate diagnosis, thank you. Since when have you been feeling the lump in your throat? Do you have any of the following symptoms: -Fever -Cough -Sputum/phlegm with cough (if yes, what is the color) -Acid reflux in your mouth -Heartburn (pain or burning sensation in the middle of your chest), especially after a heavy meal -Flu-like symptoms -Difficulty or pain while swallowing -Difficulty breathing -Regurgitation of food -Change in voice (hoarseness) I shall be looking forward to your response, in order to help you with a most accurate diagnosis, and at the earliest. After that we can then look into the available treatment options. Hope I have succeeded in explaining things to you in a manner best understood by your. In the meantime, you could start with gargling your mouth with lukewarm water a pinch of salt in a glass of water, several times a day. Take care.

Hi, I think I have heartburn but not sure-I am a 43y/o female, no history of heart problems, healthy cholesterol level, non smoker, I exercise and eat healthy. I have pain where my arms attach to my body, feel slightly nauseous, feel like I need to burp-my breathing is fine. Maybe just indigestion?-had a spicy-somewhat rich supper.

am a femal that is 5 ft 2 in and 280 lbs. This morning I woke up to dizzyness. I still have dizzy spells from time to time, but am constantly light-headed and lightly thumping. Last night and today my right arm stays in a constant state inbetween normal and numb. Once and a while I have a pain in it but it is not often. I have been in and out of nausea or heartburn all day long. I was wondering if I should go to the ER for a heart problem?

Hi, I have been having some back pain lately and taking more NSAIDS than usual. I am being worked up to ensure it is nothing but musculoskeletal issues...so far everything normal. But now for 2 days I have had what I think is very bad heartburn but it s much worse than any normal heartburn I have ever had! It s mostly central sternam to right chest and radiating into my neck and feels like burning and Stinging feeling. Should I get this checked out? I have some abdominal fullness and gastritis feelings with nausea but wondering if it s just all the stress about my back or a new symptom. Should I be worried and get an esophogeal exam right away or take some more antacids and see if it goes away? thanks:)

Ive had my symptoms for more than 24 hours. It feels like I have a large piece of food stuck in my esophegous and over last few hours this had became increasingly painful to the extent of unbearable. It s like indigestion but much much worse. I m on medication for heartburn which I take every day, ranitidine , for acid reflux , (it is NOT rhe same symptoms) I have taken several doses of this medication over 24 hours but it s not helped at all. I m convinced something is stuck. My stomach is bloated so much to extent it feels like its going to burst. Please help!!!! Should I go to ER?
